RENTAL CABINS
Our rental cabins offer rustic accommodations for your stay. They are located within walking distance of shared bathrooms and showers. Smoking/vaping and pets are prohibited in all cabins.
All cabins are equipped with:
- Air Conditioner
- Small TV
- Small refrigerator
- Stove or hotplate
- Microwave
- Coffeemaker
- Pots, pans, cooking utensils
- Dishes, flatware, glasses
- Table and chairs
- Small trash can with a liner
- Outdoor Gas grill near the cabin in season.
What to bring:
Along with food and beverages, bring plastic/foil wrap, paper products, cooking oils and seasonings.
Personal hygiene items, blow dryers, sunblock.
Towels: bath, beach towels, and towels to put between you and whatever you sit on when nude.
Bed linens, pillows and one blanket or light weight comforter are provided for most sleeping
areas. Bring extras per your comfort preferences.

No running water in Cabins from October 27 to April 15
Note:
To ensure availability, please reserve your cabin ahead by calling the Solair office at 860-928-9174.
Reservations are needed, and a credit card deposit is required. Full refunds are available with 5 days’ notice for non-holiday times minus $25 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for major holiday weekends.
- A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.
- Fees are due at check-in.
- Check-in starts at 1 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m. when key must be returned or an additional day’s grounds fee will be assessed to you.
- Pets are not allowed at or inside our rental cabins.
- Daily grounds fees are not included in cabin rental fees.
Some member-owned properties may be available for seasonal rental. Please inquire at the Solair office.

A Note About Our Rates
At Solair, we take pride in offering a unique, family-friendly nudist experience here in New England. Like everything else these days, the cost of running and improving our resort has gone up, and our rates haven’t kept pace.
To keep Solair the beautiful, welcoming place you know and love, we’ve updated our day-visitor and cabin rates. These changes will help us maintain our facilities and continue adding the little touches that make your visits memorable.
