Your First Visit

We open for the 2025 season April 15 ,2025 for returning visitors. First time visitors must arrive Saturday or Sunday during office hours before Memorial Day Weekend unless you are staying overnight in which case you may arrive on the day of your reservation. Weekends are best for a first visit so you can take a tour and  take part in our activities and social atmosphere. We also recommend first time visitors visit later in May when the pool has opened and our summer events and activities have begun. Our beach has limited access due to our pond dredging and restoration project.

For your protection, all first-time visitors to our gated community must present a valid photo ID at our office and consent to CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) and SORI (Sexual Offender Record Information) checks. Anyone who has been convicted or awaiting trial for a felony or any type of sexual offense will be denied entry. Management retains the right to deny entry to anyone. A valid government issued ID with picture is required for all adults who wish to enter.

Office Check in and Tour

We love our first time visitors and can’t wait to share our slice of paradise with you. After you have checked in at the office and paid your day pass fee a friendly guide (“yellow hat”) from our Membership Committee will accompany you on a tour of Solair and answer your questions. Everyone should expect to take the tour nude (weather permitting), as we are a nudist resort and not a clothing optional resort. We have found it best for our visitors to jump into the nudist experience . The office or tour guide on the tour will review a summary of our policies and procedures and all visitors must certify their understanding and acceptance by signing a copy of the check list.

We find it can be helpful for our visitors to review the first time visitor check list before their arrival. Please note especially that nudity is required at all times , weather permitting, in the pool, area surrounding the pool, the beach, the pond, hot tub , sauna and shower areas.

After the tour you are free to relax, explore on your own, or settle into accommodations if you are staying over. You will see other “yellow hats” all around camp. Always feel free to approach them if you have any questions or issues.

Please call ahead to reserve overnight accommodations in a rental cabin or RV or tenting site.
