DAILY GROUNDS FEES (not including accommodations)
NOTE: A valid government issued ID with picture is required for all adults who wish to enter. Anyone visiting with a minor under 18 must have a birth certificate or other official document for the minor(s) that shows at least one of the visitors is legally the parent of the accompanied minors. If a single parent, an emergency contact is required for the child if something happens to the parent. First time visitors must also see our first visit page and read our policies and guidelines for first time visitors.

To receive the AANR, TNA, YNA, or student discount, you must present a valid membership card or ID. To receive the couples’ rate, both names must appear on the same card.
On your first visit you will take a tour with a guide from our Membership Committee and you must certify your understanding of our rules. On future visits you may obtain a prospective affiliation card from the office to be signed by a Membership Committee member. The affiliation card is to be completed over 4 visits after the first visit and will include an informational interview on each of those visits with a member of our Membership Committee. AFFILIATION
After your 4th visit is completed on your affiliation card you may apply for Solair affiliation. We offer four different levels – AANR affiliate, adjunct, associate, or member. Associate memberships and full memberships have additional interview and approval requirements. Ask a Membership Committee representative or office staff person to explain them to you.

- First Time Associate after July 15th: Half of Associate Fee in applicable category
- First Time Associate after Sept. 30th: Receive the remainder of the calendar year free when you pay in full for the following year in the applicable category

*A single woman’s first visit is free through the Woman in Nude Recreation program through AANR
**Discounted couple rates based on age will be determined using the average age of both individuals.
Notes about Affiliation
- ANNUAL AFFILIATION AANR Membership (not including accommodations) AANR Single $63 Couple $126
- AANR Affiliates pay reduced daily ground fees and must arrive and check-in at office during office hours 4/15-10/31.
- Adjunct Membership includes 10 daily ground fees and must arrive and check-in during office hours 4/15-10/31. Requires AANR Membership which is a separate charge. Please call the office for Adjunct membership information.
- Associate and Member prices include AANR membership and allow for arrival 24 hours a day anytime during the year.
- Associates receive a 10% discount on nightly cabin, tent and RV sites.
- Veterans receive a 10% discount on day fees with government issued proof of service.
- MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards are accepted. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available. We are sorry but we do not accept American Express.
- New members/shareholders’ fees are prorated by total cost of all fees on a month-to-month basis. Some fees are not listed above. Please inquire in the Office with any questions you may have.
Solair has a no-refunds policy for grounds and affiliation fees.
A Note About Our Rates
At Solair, we take pride in offering a unique, family-friendly nudist experience here in New England. Like everything else these days, the cost of running and improving our resort has gone up, and our rates haven’t kept pace.
To keep Solair the beautiful, welcoming place you know and love, we’ve updated our day-visitor and cabin rates. These changes will help us maintain our facilities and continue adding the little touches that make your visits memorable.
